The Melting Pot: Tracking Culinary Diversity Across America

Given this great ole union’s nickname (see: title), it isn’t hard to imagine some of that celebrated inter-mingling of souls we call diversity carry over into the kitchen.

Well, leave it to our folks in the Dept. of Data Science to turn to the numbers to figure out where this fabled pot melts a little thicker and yields the heartiest nuggets of diversity stew. Hint: it’s where the people are.
